This recipe is for Liam Proven - apparently it's his favourite! I use this on ribs as well as chicken. I never use BBQ sauce on steak but I suppose you could if you're into that...
INGREDIENTS
2 c ketchup
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c water
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tbsp Worchestershire
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp Dijon
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp Tobasco sauce
2 tsp fresh minced garlic
2 tsp smoke paprika
salt & pepper
Icing
SAUCE

dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan.
Heat (but don't boil) for 10-15 mins.
Cool, put into a jar and keep it in the fridge.
TIPS & HINTS
To make this sauce spicier add more Tobasco sauce.
